Ann Handley’s career started in the world of journalism, first at newspapers in the Boston area and then at the Associated Press in London. Throughout her career she has written for publications such as The Boston Globe and USA Today. She began to specialize in internet marketing in 1997. In 2004, she co-founded the content marketing agency MarketingProfs and in 2009, she published her first book, Content Rules: How to Create Killer Blogs, Podcasts, Videos, Ebooks, Webinars (and More) That Engage Customers and Ignite Your Business.
