Bob Goff

Bob Goff is an accomplished author and public speaker, as well as a successful lawyer, human rights activist, entrepreneur, and professor. Goff is best known for his books, including Love Does and Everybody Always, which have been widely popular among readers of all ages.

Goff was born in 1973 in a small town in Ohio. At the time, his family was living in a large gravel pit. This did not stop them from making the most out of their situation, as Goff and his siblings still managed to find joy in their lives.

Goff attended the University of Cincinnati and later law school at Pepperdine University. From here, his career took off. He was the first in his family to become a lawyer and went on to found a successful law firm in Los Angeles.

In 2002, Goff began traveling around the world, visiting countries that were suffering from human rights violations. He felt he could not just stand by and do nothing, and so he began advocating for human rights organizations in these regions. This passion soon turned into humanitarian work and Goff even founded his own non-profit organization called Restore International, which aims to bring justice to communities suffering from injustice and conflicts.

Goff is also an author and motivational speaker. In 2012, he released his first book, Love Does, which focused on the idea of an unconventional life and how we can all make a difference in the world. The book went on to become an international bestseller, and since then, Goff has become an in-demand speaker and author.

Fun fact about Goff is that he is a Black Belt holder in Okinawan Karate. He has trained in martial arts for most of his life and believes it has helped him both physically and spiritually. In fact, he often encourages audiences he speaks too to tap into the power of martial arts— not just for a great workout, but also for centering one’s self and finding inner peace.

Goff has released various books, many of which are New York Times Bestsellers, including his latest book, Everybody Always. This book focuses on changing the world around us through love, positivity, and grace. He speaks to the power of loving everyone, not just the “usual suspects”, and how even the most unlikely of friendships can provide us with invaluable insight and perspective.

Goff continues to reach out and impact people with his books, public speaking, and volunteer work. He is an inspiring example of how one person can make a difference in the world, and how we can all create meaningful and lasting change within our own lives and the lives of those around us.
