Chet Richards

He attended Georgia Tech to complete his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and then United States Air Force Institute of Technology for his master’s degree in electrical engineering. During this time, he also served in the United States Air Force from 1983-1986.
After working in the technology sector for a number of years, Chet enrolled in Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government to complete a Ph.D in Science and Technology Policy. In 1991, he began his teaching career at the United States Air War College in Montgomery, Alabama.
