Daniel Coyle is an American author who writes about teaching, leading, and the power of talent. He is best known for his books TALENT CODE, THE LITTLE BOOK OF TALENT, and THE CULTURE CODE. In 2010, THE LITTLE BOOK OF TALENT was published. This work explores the universal language of success. It offers practical and immediately useful advice on how to become better at any skill or activity. He draws upon decades of research into peak performance, interviews with experts and his own experience as a successful entrepreneur, father, and coach.

His most recent book, THE CULTURE CODE, was published in 2018. It dives deeper into the secrets of success, outlining the three key intangibles that drive collaboration. Coyle identifies and shares the common techiques and strategies for fostering successful collaboration and tackling challenges.
