Jascha Kaykas-Wolff is an award-winning author and TEDx speaker who is known for his thought-provoking books focusing on identity, career, and personal development. Since the 2008 publication of his debut novel, Cane, Kaykas-Wolff has continued to write works that inspire readers to explore and understand their own power, potential and purpose. Kaykas-Wolff’s debut novel, Cane, is a story of dual identity and self-discovery. It was originally produced as a short film in 2008, but was republished as a novel in 2017. The story follows Cane, a protagonist who is struggling to understand his identity as a black man living in a world of white norms. Through his journey and exploration of his heritage, Cane discovers his individual strength and power. Although Kaykas-Wolff experienced extraordinary success during his professional career, he found himself in a mental and emotional abyss. Through his narrative, he not only sheds light on his successful struggle to reclaim his own decade, but also offers support and a unique insight on how to overcome one’s perceived failures.

In 2018, the author published his fourth book, High and Mighty: What are Trees Doing on Top of Mountains? In this text, Kaykas-Wolff offers readers a look into the science, symbolism and symbolism of high elevation trees and their impact on our lives. He writes thoughtfully and compassionately and reveals how high elevation trees can help us become better versions of ourselves.
