Jerry Hopkins
Jerry Hopkins is an American pop culture author, journalist and researcher who is best known as the co-author of the Elvis Presley biography, “Elvis: A Biography.” Hopkins was born in Louisville, Kentucky and has written numerous books many of which focus on the life and times of notable musicians, including rock icons Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison and Bob Marley.
In addition to Elvis and other rock stars, over the course of his career Hopkins has written about several other famous personalities, including actress and dancer Jane Fonda and professional wrestler Hulk Hogan. He has also written extensively about the East-West cultural movement, having published books about India’s Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and the Kabbalah.
