John P. Kotter
John P. Kotter is one of the most influential voices in business and leadership today. He is the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership, Emeritus at Harvard Business School and the author of 14 books, including the bestseller Leading Change. He is a noted expert in the field of leadership, organizational change, and the relationship between the two.
Kotter was born in 1946 in Brooklyn, New York, and attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where he received his Master’s degree in Psychology. After graduating, he decided to pursue a career as a professor of leadership and management.
