Jonathan Abrams
Jonathan Abrams is an American filmmaker, screenwriter, and author who has written four books about the movie industry. Abrams has worked on films such as Armageddon, Titanic, Mission to Mars and Vanilla Sky. In addition to his films, Abrams has published several books, with the latest being the poetic thriller The Man Behind the Curtain.
Abrams was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Hollywood. He earned his degree from Stanford University and directed 25 films before turning towards writing books. Abrams has always been passionate about fiction, and it ultimately led to his success as an author. His first book, The Wall Street Wars, was published in 2013 and detailed a financial drama set in Goldman Sachs. Despite his lack of financial experience, Abrams used the genre to create an ambitious novel with impeccable storytelling.
Following The Wall Street Wars, Abrams wrote The Dreamers’ Guardians. Set in post-World War II America, the novel explores what it means to be a young American in the 1950s. It follows the emotional growth of its teenage protagonists as they navigate the turbulent times beyond their local watering holes.
