Laura has also discussed the idea of time tracking, which she believes is a key element in achieving the life you want. In her book 168 Hours, she breaks down the amount of time we have in a week and encourages readers to track how they are using that time. She provides tips on how to maximize your 168 hours each week and make sure you are spending that time doing what is most important to you.
In her book I Know How She Does It, Laura provides an analysis of how women financial elites manage their time. She looks at the daily routines of seven women, who each make at least $75,000 a year and reveals the strategies and habits they employ to maximize their time and resources.
