His second book, Firms of Endearment: How World-Class Companies Profit from Passion and Purpose (co-authored with David Wolfe and Jag Sheth) further expands on the concept of conscious capitalism by examining case studies of companies that have adopted the principles of conscious capitalism and written about the positive results they experienced.
Sisodia has also written several chapters in scholarly publications, as well as writing a regular column in the Harvard Business Review. His writings explore a wide range of topics related to conscious capitalism, including the role of corporate philanthropy, stakeholder orientation, the power of purpose-driven organizations, and the potential of conscious capitalism to address many of society’s challenges.
Finally, Sisodia is active in the global Conscious Capitalism movement. He is one of the co-founders of the movement, organizing events such as the annual Conscious Capitalism Conference and the Conscious Capitalism Action Network.
