Scott Wintrip
Scott Wintrip is an author and entrepreneur who has used his extensive experience in business process improvement to help professionals around the world bring change and success to their organizations. Scott Wintrip has had a long and illustrious career in business process improvement. From the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s, he held high-level positions at a number of big corporations, advising on the development and implementation of new business process programs. During this time, he also earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
Following his corporate roles, Scott shifted his focus to consulting and began advising businesses on ways to improve their structures and processes. The success of his two books and presentations resulted in two more best-selling titles, “Creating Winning Process Improvement Teams” and “Achieving and Sustaining Operational Excellence.” Each of his books garnered high praise from readers and reviewers, calling them “The best books available in their respective subject areas” and “A must-read for business professionals of any rank and experience.”
Today, Scott continues to be an advocate for business process improvement and has been featured in a number of industry magazines such as Crains and Fast Company. He is also a sought-after speaker for corporate events, giving talks on the importance of process improvement, how to effectively lead groups in process improvement, and how to measure and track progress.
In addition to his work as an author and speaker, Scott is also the founder and owner of the business process improvement consulting firm Wintrip Consulting.
