Steven G. Rogelberg is an American author and professor of organizational science. He is especially known for his books on organizational behavior, including “The Science of Leadership: Foundations and Practices.” Moreover, Rogelberg is the author of numerous popular business-oriented titles such as “The Science Of Event Planning,” “Understanding and Creating High-Performance Culture,” and “Organizing For Success.”

Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1958, Rogelberg received his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University. In 1984, he enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for his graduate studies. While there, Rogelberg served as a teaching assistant and gained extensive knowledge in the subject of organizational behavior. After completing his Doctor of Philosophy degree in psychology and organizational theory in 1987, he took on a professorship at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

In his books, Rogelberg aims to provide his readers a better understanding of organizational behavior, from shaping workplace culture to understanding employee motivation.
