Vicki Robin

Early Life and Education
Vicki Robin was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Naropa Institute and a Master of Arts degree in Political Psychology from the Union Institute.
Career
Robin began her career as a financial advisor in the 80s. She soon became the first Certified Financial PlannerTM in the Pacific Northwest and is still a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to this day. She has worked with a number of national magazines, personal finance and investing newspapers, and news programs.
In 1992, she co-authored Your Money or Your Life with Joe Dominguez. Your Money or Your Life continues to be one of the most influential books on personal finance and financial independence.
