Elaine Biech
Elaine Biech is an author and consultant in the corporate training and development field. She has authored more than 20 books, as well as numerous articles and audio/video resources related to the same. With a career of more than 35 years in the field, Biech has been a pioneer in introducing and perfecting the art of corporate training and development.
Biech's career began when she embarked on a journey of self-discovery while attending the University of Minnesota. Upon her discovery, she focused her educational pursuits in the field of Organizational Development and Training, eventually earning degrees in personnel/organizational development, management/organizational change, and instructional technology from the University of Minnesota and Lesley University.
Since then, Biech has gone on to work with organizations all around the world, utilizing appreciative inquiry, learning, and organization change to improve the performance of teams and individuals. Much of her work has been in the area of team performance, located in a range of contexts.
